Project Description: This project includes renovation to create two (2) new offices and an area for two (2) workstations at City Hall in the City Attorney's Office (CAO). The work will include demolition of an existing wall to accommodate a new door, installation of new interior windows, modification of existing ceiling for integration of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems, and new lighting, data, and power connections.
